I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding service your dealership has provided to me and my daughter through your representative, David Riden.

My daughter, Amanda is a student at CSU.  Our residence is in Texas City, Texas, located between Houston and Galveston, on Galveston Bay.  On Sept. 5th my daughter was scheduled for service at your dealership but was involved in a traffic accident before arriving.  The ordeal of the accident and the issuing coordination of tow truck, repairs, insurance, rental car, appeared to my daughter as an insurmountable task as she has a heavy curriculum at CSU.

I assisted her as best I could via telephone.  I explained the situation to David Riden and he immediately provided assistance in arranging a rent car, transport to Import Auto, kept up with the repair schedule, transport back to dealership and completion of the mechanical repairs.  Through many telephone conversations, David has been courteous, informative, and always expressed a desire to help in any way he can.  He continues to assist us as he is currently working on a supplemental repair as a result of the accident.

David's actions delivered new meaning to the word "SERVICE" that is rare at most dealerships.  Your dealership is to be commended for the excellent leadership and customer service that David has provided to the Welch family.
